What an incredible way to conclude Limbloss and Limb Difference Awareness Month!

Today, Suntech Prosthetic and Orthotic Limited marked the end of Limbloss and Limb Difference Awareness Month with a special collaboration alongside Hope Alive for Possibilities Initiatives (HAPI) and Amputee Coalition of Nigeria (ACON).
Our theme, “Ability Beyond the Limb,” was prominently displayed as we shared stories of resilience, technological innovation, and community strength.
We believe that a limb difference is just one part of a person’s story; it is never the whole story. Seeing the smiles and hearing the aspirations of the individuals we serve remind us why we do this work.

Thank you to our amazing partners for making today a success. Here’s to a future where everyone has the tools and support to live life without limits!

During the visit, commission members toured our facility, observing the intricate process of designing, manufacturing, and fitting prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices. They interacted with our skilled technicians who showcased their expertise in creating customized solutions tailored to individual needs. The Executive Secretary had an opportunity to also interact with patients during his visit, which was very insightful and beautiful.

According to Chief Ayuba Gufwan, “We are impressed by the level of innovation and dedication demonstrated by Sun-Tech PO. Their commitment to providing high-quality, accessible care aligns perfectly with our mission to empower individuals with disabilities.” And we can work towards a more inclusive society where individuals with disabilities have equal opportunities to thrive.”
